Content ownership

Authors retain ownership of their published articles. By submitting an article, you grant Open Kolom a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute the content on this platform. You may request removal at any time, subject to editorial review.

User comments

By posting a comment, you represent that the content is your own and does not violate any third-party rights. Comments that are abusive, spam, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed without notice.

Author responsibilities

Authors are responsible for the originality of their work. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or submission of AI-generated content without disclosure is grounds for immediate suspension or removal from the platform.

Editorial rights

The editorial team reserves the right to edit article metadata (titles, excerpts, SEO fields, cover images) before publication. Substantive edits to article content require author approval. Articles may be rejected, unpublished, or archived at editorial discretion.

Account rules

Each person may hold one reader account. Author accounts are by invitation only. Sharing login credentials or creating multiple accounts to evade suspension is prohibited.

Platform moderation

Open Kolom reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any content, comment, or account that violates these terms. Moderation decisions are final.

Publishing control
